Does Esporta Fitness have childcare?
Busy parents have no time to spare. Personally, balancing my kids, work, family and everything else—finding time for fitness is incredibly hard.
My secret? A gym that offers childcare. It's the ultimate parent hack to free up time for yourself, plus give your little one some socialization and engagement.
How about Esporta?
Yes, Esporta sure does have childcare—and at the majority of their locations, too. They do understand parents: Being able to squeeze in a workout with your children under safe supervision—nearby—is a game changer.
Excellent! What locations have it?
We count 110 different Esporta locations with childcare services, which represents 77% of their 142 total clubs.
What does Esporta's childcare offering look like?
Unfortunately, details are slim. While there are over 100 of their gyms witch childcare, we actually don't know too much about it!
That's not to say the childcare service is bad, it just means we don't have a lot of info online. From poking through some Facebook and Instagram accounts, we were able to find this:
- Separate open/close times for childcare vs the gym hours.
- Dedicated kids attendant. Of course, they need to go through their own state/county approved requirements.
- Light, bright, carpeted areas. We're sure it's going to be different at every location.
- Age-appropriate toys
Also, let's get this out of the way: Esporta is a gym brand launched by LA Fitness in 2020. That means they share/shared a bunch of resources together up til' this day—and in our opinion the website is one of them.
That means for both LA Fitness and Esporta—childcare info is sparse and empty. There's really no great description on the offerings of both gym brands, but we're working to figure those details out.

How much does childcare cost at Esporta?
Not sure. Conflicting numbers are all over the web, and the Esporta (and LA Fitness) website doesn't make it clear. We've seen:
- "Free if you're a member"
- "$10 per visit, two-hour maximum"
- "$10 to 15 per month, unlimited"
Pricing is not consistent, so you'll need to connect with the individual gym of choice to get confirmation. "
Childcare makes sense for kids and parents
- Convenient! On-site babysitting facilities means parents can reliably get their exercise done without fear or worry of their kids wellbeing. It becomes an actual one-stop for the day to make sure you don't miss a workout.
- Safe! Daycare facilities require certain health & safety standards, usually mandated by the county or city. This often means at least CPR certification, along with other safety protocols.
- Flexible: We like when the childcare hours are clear and easily found. Unfortunately that's not the case for Esporta (and LA Fitness).
- Great Interaction: Many babysitting/daycare services at gyms focus on engaging playtime activities—giving your kids a stimulating environment where they may play games and with other kids.
- Peace of Mind: Happy kid = clear mind = great workout. All is intertwined. Knowing that your child is entertained and well-supervised gives you great peace of mind. Your mind is then clear to help give your body a great workout!
Wrapping up
Alright parents, Esporta is probably on your list of gyms with childcare. We'd say so especially because they have so many locations across the country.
While we don't have actual care details, as well as pricing, you'll be able to grab that from your local gym. Good luck!
