More of their gyms were of the upscale Signature variety, like their brand new Durham location.

Pricing for memberships were ultra clear on their site. You also can't purchase a membership online either!
Oops, sorry. This happens from time-to-time. Sadly, the O2 site doesn't show pricing online to purchase a membership. We'll call/email/text and get these prices for you asap.
Update: you have to call in for pricing. Here's what that nice young man from O2 Signature in Morrisville, North Carolina told us:
Initiation fee is $99 if you're going month-to-month. $44 for a 12-month commitment. $20 for a 24-month commitment.
Annual fee is a one time bill of $49.
There were no "tiered" amenities packages, meaning at either "Choice" or "Premier" you can use all amenities with no additional charge
Update 2: We called their Raleigh, Brier Creek location. Nobody answered.
Update 3: We called their Holly Springs Towne Center location. Sent to voicemail.
Update 4: We called their Racine location in Wilmington:

"Is this gym worth it?"
Use our guides to help inform and educate what a gym can offer your fitness lifestyle. Only you can truly decide if a gym is worth it!
O2 Fitness gyms are big, bright and come with alot of bells and whistles. They're a full-service brand serving the Carolinas with 15 upscale locations.
From an amenities standpoint, we do like their childcare and sauna offerings, as the majority of their clubs have these options. Alone, childcare/daycare would make this gym chain worth it to many parents. Steam and massage are available too, though just handful of clubs.
What's missing, especially compared to other chains, are things like a pool, basketball court, tanning or even open-all-night hours. Those are big, important and wanted amenities that O2 won't deliver. Same goes for premier activities like pickleball, racquetball, squash and tennis. Not here, unfortunately.
But, we mentioned they come with alot of "bells and whistles" right? Well, at O2, a big focus is the upscale experience and feel. Their signature gym highlights "high tech equipment", "expanded turf", and modern fitness equipment like bike and rowers. Unlimited studio fitness classes are also mentioned, with mind-body and cycle offerings. We can't argue: their clubs do look updated, upscale and modernized.
Now, let's add in pricing. Unfortunately, you can't join online, nor can you see current pricing. It's going to take an old-school phone call—and we rung 4 of them, to be exact. What we found:
Gladly, there are no amenities held back by price-point. Whatever membership you choose will get you access to all amenities.
