Is Retro Fitness open 24 hours a day?

Nope, sorry. You won't find all night long hours at Retro Fitness. We checked all their locations and couldn't find a single one that's open 24/7.

Good question, but we're not sure unfortunately. This is kind of a lean gym chain, more characterized into the value and budget model. That means no amenities like saunas, pools or basketball courts. As such, the addition of an option like 24/7 hours doesn't seem likely. This would add to the overall cost of membership, which again, for a value-gym chain, doesn't match up.

• Monday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Unfortunately, not one Retro Fitness gym has all-you-can-lift-late-night-hours. We don't know if that's going to change one day, and our hunch is that it won't. Standard hours are open pretty comparable to other gym chains, though we wish it was a bit better.
