So, what about UFC Gym? Are they open 24-hours-a-day?
Nope. Not a single UFC Gym location has all night long hours. We're counting 71 of their gyms nationwide, and unfortunately not one is open 24/7.
Why doesn't UFC Gym have gyms open 24 hours a day?
Managing a gym that is open all night long comes with a ton challenges. A combo of these things will help guide the gym chain to determine if the location should be open or not. Some issues that we've seen:
- Is the city/county "OK" with the hours? Smaller locales have stricter rules.
- What safety requirements are needed to maintain a gym in case something goes wrong? Certain equipment (usually plate-loaded Olympic lifting platforms) may need staff on hand at all times.
- Is there enough demand from the members to attend in the middle of the night?
- Does the gym have enough staffing/resources to support all-night-hours?
We're sure that UFC gym considered all the above (and much more) for their locations. At this time however, none of their gyms offer up 24/7 workouts.
Will UFC Gym get all night hours?
Good question—we're not sure unfortunately. But, remember we called UFC a "hybrid" gym chain? Combining a traditional gym with mixed-martial and combat elements means the demands and needs of their members is different from what we normally see on this site.
Whether it's classes, instruction, or a group training session, many of these options at UFC are instructor led or guided. They often also have several people attending at once.
Don't expect any of these to be held in the middle of the night. So, we're learning towards this amenity to not be added into UFC's offerings.
Should UFC gyms be open 24/7?
We think it would be a great test for them. This unique chain has disrupted the traditional gym experience, so adding all-night-long hours would be a welcome addition.
What time does UFC gym open?
While the exact times will differ for every location, the most common opening hours we've seen from UFC are:
- Monday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

So, no UFC Gym is open 24-hours-a-day. We also don't think that option is coming to any of their locations in the future—but we can sure dream. With most of their their doors opening at a respectable 5:00 AM, members here can still get a sweat on in the early hours of the day.
