We know why you're here: your newfound addiction of pickleball has you wanting to play every day and every night! You're not alone—pickleball is one of the most popular sports right now, an absolutely fun and addictive game for folks of all ages. 

Here at gymscompared.com, players are always asking us if a certain gym has a court. And it does make complete sense. Wouldn't it be great if your pickleball matches were at the same location as your daily workout?

Yes, more and more gyms across the country are starting to add pickleball as an amenity—and you're in luck, we've got the full list.

Sorry! We can't find a single location from Anytime Fitness with pickleball. Pretty amazing actually: of the 2361 Anytime Fitness clubs we're tracking, not a single one has it. It's not a surprise though, keep reading.

Here are our best thoughts to why (not):

• No space. Anytime Fitness gyms locations are traditionally much smaller than "big box" gyms, leaving no room for a pickleball court. Many gyms actually play repurpose their existing basketball or tennis courts for pickleball—to which Anytime Fitness has neither of those. 
• Pickleball doesn't fit their amenity set. What do we mean? Anytime focuses on, you guessed it, a workout at anytime. Their main attraction and selling point for members is the ability to workout at all hours: meaning cardio and strength equipment. Anytime has laser focused their staffing, resources, marketing and more towards the all-night-availability.
• Finally, pickleball doesn't fit their pricing structure. It takes significant resources (and money!) to properly run a pickleball court, tournament or game. That includes paddles, nets, plus upkeep, maintenance and even staffing. Fitting all those pieces into an inexpensive membership (starting at $9!) doesn't make financial sense. 

We don't think so. All the reasons above point to Pickleball being an amenity that doesn't make sense at all at Anytime Fitness. However, being that this chain 

• Is setup as a franchise-ownership relationship
• And there are over 2300 locations as of July 2023

It is possible you may encounter a single location or two with a rag-tag pickleball court setup. We still highly doubt it.
