(Don't forget: we call, check their website, and even DM their socials to make sure our info is accurate!)

Tell me more about the pools at Gold's.
Gold's Gym features both indoor and outdoor lap pools, perfect for an energizing back-and-forth swim. We don't have the exact count of which ones are indoor/outdoor, however.
It's important to know that indoor pools are much more common at gyms, and likely true at Gold's. Those that are inside come with a few great benefits:
- Year-round aqua workouts (or relaxation). No worries about cold temps outdoor!
- Typically, these are heated to keep the water at a consistent temperature. Usually pools at gym are between 80 and 84 F.
- At Gold's, hot tubs are often just a few feet away from the pool. Of their 34 locations with a pool, 19 of them have a hot tub.
Are the pools heated?
That's a good question, but unfortunately we aren't sure about that right now. It's on our list to check!
Does Gold's offer aqua classes?
Sure do. After checking all of Gold's gym pages, we're noticing that aqua classes are offered at some, but not all of their locations. Water-based workouts are excellent as they're low-impact and joint-friendly. Gold's offers:
- Aqua Fitness - resistance exercises to help improve your cardiovascular system, as well as muscle tone.
- Aqua Zumba - stretching, twisting, splashing Zumba workouts, aqua friendly
Closing thoughts
It's a pleasant surprise to see Gold's Gym offer up pools to their members. While not at every single location, 34 total across the country is still quite a decent amount. You can expect to jump into an aqua class or two, as well with this fitness chain.
