Ready to turn up the heat?  Like others, you've discovered the immense benefits of a sauna. You love the hot hot heat, and the way it draw toxins and impurities from your skin. We are on the same vibe my friend: that fresh out of the sauna' feeling is purely addictive!

Here at gymscompared.com, people are always asking us if a certain gym has a sauna. And we can clearly see why it makes sense: Folks are either warming up muscles before their workouts, or relaxing sore ones once their session is complete. Bottom line: the sauna is a key amenity to help achieve your fitness goals.

More and more gyms across the country have added a sauna (or two!) for their members—and we've done all the research for you.

Sorry, no sauna at any of the YouFit Gyms. We checked every single web page of theirs, and connected with customer care. They confirmed: no YouFit Gym locations have this amenity.

We have some pretty good ideas to why they don't:

• No space! YouFit Fitness clubs are on the medium side: probably around 20,000 square feet for the majority of their locations. Instead of amenities like sauna, they decided to use these areas for "traditional gym equipment" such as free-weights, machines and cardio equipment.
• Not part of their core offering. Anytime Fitness focuses on the all night all day availability of a workout: specifically their cardio and strength offerings. Sauna isn't part of that (as well as steam, pool, basketball and more).
• Would drive up the membership price. With some Anytime Fitness gyms offering a $9.99 monthly membership, adding a sauna would definitely increase that price. 

We don't think so. Adding saunas to existing YouFit gyms would require significant internal changes. Unless they open brand new locations, we don't think saunas are coming anytime soon.

(We believe that YouFit is focusing their energy and time on pickleball, actually!)

No saunas at YouFit Gyms, sorry folks. From what we gathered, we don't think it's coming in the future either.
